Check the resolution. The Directors are paid the agreed amount based on monthly VWAP as applicable between Feb 23 to Sep 23. There is no cheeky about it. What you insinuate is not permissible under the Corporations Act. Everything is as it should be.
Are you just upset that you were wrong about the $2m equity raise? If you want credibility on the other forums you post on, you really need to know about something before you post.
