Excellent research mate, this looks like a big smoke signal from management to holders. They have said that OD are attampting to stall until more resource details are known so it's fair to say that discretionary news flow would slow as it has. As you say, why else would they put this unless they have liked what they have seen on rest of hwdd03. This is looking very positive. Some serious anns will be coming soon:
