It was a bad deal back then, but I could understand it based on not being able to get capital via any sort of arrangements. Subsequently, the company also cut back on wages (not quality), by replacing a our former CEO JC with RMQ. For the record, official announcement says JC resigned.


Thank you for contacting the company about the rounding down issue. I noticed this morning as well that the 20 million issued yesterday at $0.005 referred to the last subscription agreement in place dated January 2024, which did not have that clause in there. It was only added this morning. Perhaps someone fell asleep at the wheel and posted the announcements in the wrong order, but the way it happened makes them look like amateurs.
I thought perhaps it could also fall under the pre-approved placements limits (10% + 15%), then however there is no need to reference the two Lind agreements if this was meant to be a "new" agreement. I really think they stuffed up the order for the announcements to be released.

On another note, the Prospectus sadly also appears to be out-of-date, as both @Steini and @KrunshingIt reported a total of 3 CDH17 patients dosed with 5 successfull manufacturing runs, which was the information provided during an online presentation last week from memory.
