Just did some reseach, its with  New York-based The Lind Partners (Lind). terms are set out in the ann on 23 June 2023. Pretty brutal terms:



Talk about free money, these guys get to pay 10% under the 3 lowest days in the last month. Essentially giving away shares under market value that can be dumped on share holders straight away for a profit, stifling upward momentum.

And of course Paul Hoppers comments on this deal "We are extremely pleased to have entered into the Placement Agreement with Lind" of course he was behind such brilliant work for shareholders, what a joke.
