I havent been in that long, so wasnt aware of all the financing deals, given CHM just raised I assumed there were no lingering dilution to occur so Im a little suprised, my fault for not doing thorough due diligience, I understand what your saying, but really I dont think Ive seen a worse financing deal on the ASX in the last 20 years, have you seen worse terms? Feel free to point them out if you have. I would be more concerned but really CHM is in a good place here, around 10.7 mill in cash and market cap at 11 mill.
Yeah in fairness its only $100k , not the worst dilution, looking at the terms Im surprised Lind didnt get more at this price unless this is the end of the deal and they have maxed it out the allocation.
