The business model here is doomed.
If nobody at the company understands market forces, this one is going to fail.
They had 2 pieces of great news, clinical success and a $4m donation. You dont deserve to be running a publicly listed company if you dont understand that you put out that good news.... finally a thing to celebrate after such a terribly disappointing period of a few months.
Then CHM, what tends to happen then is people see the good news and buy shares!!! Twice now they hve sabotaged good news with a suspension and a failed CR.... that cant just be incompetence???
A week ago how could they have sat down upon hearing they were to be gifted $4m and got their heads together and said 'let's not release this good news before the CR that isn't even locked in, let's put a halt on and then see how she goes!'
Anybody praising Rebecca is as clueless as she is!!
I dont care how good they are doing on the research side, the company would be doing way better right now is rhe research wasnt going well, but they were competent at raising money!!!
This is kindergarten stuff!!!
