CHM’s approach to this is almost laughably incompetent. How hard is it to simply wait, let the market absorb good news, and allow the company to re-rate? Even the $4 million donation, paired with a solid presentation, could have done wonders for a company scraping by with a $10 million market cap a straightforward 40% boost in enterprise value.

And yet, what did they do? Smothered any positive momentum with a capital raise below the pre-donation trading price.

This isn’t just a blunder; it’s a pattern. Every shred of good news, suffocated under the weight of halts and discount raises. I’d call it comical if it weren’t shareholders’ money being burned at the altar of such staggering mismanagement.
