Only sweetener here is the option, but is December 2025 enough time for the SP to go above $0.008?
Will need to check the anticipated newsflow between now and then later on.
Otherwise, with Lind still being in the picture and getting more shares to purchase at $0.004 once the SP will drop to the issue price (lets face it, it dropped even further during the past CRs), you might as well buy the shares on market at the same or lower price. There will be enough volume on offer to get your 2/5 filled.

Overall disappointing to see another one of these CRs fall through, especially after the positive newsflow we've seen over the past few months.
