Issued to themselves to pay for additional working capital and to fund the retirement of debt. My guess is the same faceless mates of the company will get them and they will all have a good laugh while us shareholders get continuously diluted out of our stake. My gripe is that they are puling this stunt now when the share price has a chance at moving off of the mining lease news. So the sudden issue of shares at 0.001 makes no logical sense to me. Remember they pumped it so we could pay .00196. For them to do it now screams filthy money grabbers who are purposely acting in bad faith. My opinion only.
