    You can report alleged misconduct to ASIC via their website here: https://asic.gov.au/about-asic/contact-us/how-to-complain/report-misconduct-to-asic/

    If you report, they don't tell you what action they take - but they'll take it into consideration. Read through the info and the fact sheets as the reporting process can take a while. Also have to keep everything factual and provide references and dates where possible (it's all explained on the website).
