Full disclosure should be made for transparency or otherwise the ASX should be contacted so that shareholders are informed.
Otherwise it's possibly another fiasco like what was done with Archean Resources.
Not exactly instilling confidence in management and the business model when desperate measures are taken and shareholders become suspicious of every move they take!
