No wonder the share price is collapsing, when they worked out a way with the Convertible Notes, to massively dilute existing shareholder capital value. That was from the old share price of 0.1 of a cent. They are a third of that now. What incentive is there for pre-CN holders of the shares to hang on to them when the unrelenting strategy of dilution continues in order to raise capital off-market? This process was stalled when the share price had reached the lowest trading point on the stock market ie a tenth of a cent . But it was able to be continued after consolidation . Don't you just love these guys? Ten years, 30 mills and not one ounce of gold produced, no assembled Gekko & no water connected. All in my opinion
