IMO:

We don't know what the current status is of the $10m credit line.

Very doubtful many payments are made apart from the $25k one for this share issue (it says it's for a loan repayment as opposed to service/s)

I think the timing of the "finance transaction" is no coincidence and probably timed to make the financial reports due look better by providing operational capital even though it's still a big DEBT that has loan shark repayments.

I'll definitely be looking at the financials next week as I'm sure that'll release them after the "financial transaction" announcement

That credit line may be provided by potential new owners and I wonder if the CN holder/s are the same ones?

All I envision is the debt spiralling out of control and ever increasing consequences for shareholders unless the magic GOLD BAR gets soon!
