    Very interesting. If all major suppliers/creditors lost money, why CLZ can continue to issue shares to offset the debt from time to time? CLZ just announced they issued 13m share at 0.019 to offset debt $260k.

    Were the suppliers/creditors fooled by management team of CLZ? Or suppliers/creditors are insiders of CLZ?
