IMO:
Before consolidation CLZ were issuing shares to pay debts at 50% discount to .001 = .005
Suppliers/Creditors probably didn't have a choice because they wanted to get paid and/or part of the CLZ "family".
Now that consolidation has occurred they can resume issuing shares like confetti!
Pre-consolidation the SP was .001 so shares issued to creditors couldn't sell because the sell queue was billions of shares taking over a month/s to sell and that's if orders didn't expire.
