IMO
Well what I have posted regarding the proposed issue of securities is far from RUBBISH!
It's a fact after consolidation the SOI was around 200M and now it's almost ONE BILLION.
Share Price after consolidation was 15c and SP now is 1c (which is generous, given that it was .8c recently)
Also when you factor in over $20M in debt and assets that won't cover debt that doesn't make for any compelling reason for anyone to rate this as a BUY!
