With the way the Share price is and has been Declining,
For a Creditor to Accept "Shares " as offset or Retirement of Debt -- draws me to Two Possible conclusions...

Firstly -- the Debt -- based on approx 15Million to be sold (at a Declining Share Price value of less then 0.005cents and heading to 0.001cents ) which would mean the Creditor possibly must only be owed maybe 10 ,000 or a max 30,000 dollars)..

    The Alternative--

Is the Creditor -- was owed a Full 85,000 Dollars -- and somehow , someone has "Convinced" the Creditor to accept the 15Million Shares as
    a full settlement.

either way I do feel sorry for the Creditor.
