Ideally I wouldn't bother. I'm sure its been done previously, but ideally what they're doing isn't illegal.
It always goes to a shareholders vote and it has always passed.
From memory, they've always passed with ease, I've never really understood how those votes work as the numbers never seem to match up with total SOI and surely more voters vote no than are actually recorded.
But its not exactly a process I'm familiar with.
