Not sure what you could report to the ASX, have they broken continious disclosure rules or other rules, if so when?
As for ASIC, what exactly have Classic done that might be breaking company rules and when?
Im sure ASIC gets daily reports from punters who lost their money, with vague accusations of inpropiety that are not substantiated- that go straight in the bin. So complaints need to be backed up with facts to be taken seriously.
