They have just issued 50 million shares at a deemed price of one cent . The shares should have come on at 5 cents .So 20 per cent of the company has just been issued at a fifth of the post consolidation value.
So after the consolidations devalued the shares by 7500 times, now it has just been devalued by another 80 per cent
