These options will bring money into the company in a few years time but only at the rate of a few piddly cents per share. The way ppl are talking on here the shares will be $1.00 by then so instead of issuing these low ball options now, why not wait the few years and issue new shares at $1.
IMO if the directors really believed that they would not be issuing all these options now.
