Hopefully this is the last time we see shares being thrown around like confetti to pay for services, we should now pay the market value in cash.
I'm not sure what metric was used to justify the claim of Crowd being 12 months ahead of schedule in regards to Horizon 3, but If it was Emma the Beta talking head trial for MD complete, I'd say they set the bar pretty low.
Until we see substantial improvement in revenues and considering the Capital raise diluting effect on shareholder wealth, I'm not convinced the directors have actually achieved anything that could justify further dilution by way of their 20 million performance rights grab at the upcoming AGM.
