I agree with Investing 2012..
They need to get to FID ASAP...
The scary bit of the term sheet is the last point listed under "Security"...
Worst case is they loose the project..
The other wildcard is the potential $23m payment to be paid to CleanCo mid year (if they do not sign a gas sales agreement with them)...
That is money they don't have... Hopefully they can kick the can down the road again with that one..
