Not a typo, that is the maximum consideration if all earnouts are met (unlikely as that is).
US$59.5m @ 72c = AU$82.64m all paid in shares
The initial payment alone is over AU$29m
So 30% dilution up front, with an inevitable cap raise to follow after the pump has finished.
