While it pleasing that others are having some commercial success in the 'Sugarkane' the JV partners Block B wells are marking time. Why, TCEI have no idea what they are doing -No! Kennedy horizontal is a dud is my guess, its not accross any natural fissures and fracing won't get it to flow. We are probably in for some bad news before the good. 3D seimics will be the key to getting horizontals where they need to be.
