    You JUST need 25% on remuneration. 2 years in a row and the board is out.
    Or a 249D (just 5%) and you can make it very public and warn investors to stay away. Which that will get all the holders on the same page.

    Up to the holders I guess.
    You can complain or do something about it. You have options.
