Curious?
Shares have been given at 20c each as payment, when the SP has been trading way higher than 20c in recent months?
Why didn't they just pay the AU$50K? KK has said on many occasions that there is plenty of cash? And it's only $50K? Much less than what they paid for the band aid tech recently?
....and management see 20c a share being good and fair value towards the end of the year too. Shareholders would be happy that management have defined the ceiling of the SP for the market until the end of the year, yeah?
It looks as if AU$50K and AU$25K means a lot to Cynata right now, doesn't it?
