Kilian seems to be getting a lot of corporate advice to help him do at further dilution what he seems to think he can't do on his own. But we aren't told what advice is Kilian getting for this dilution (I suppose those giving completely useless advice won't get paid if the share price doesn't rise but sooner or later someone that isn't Kilian like David Hunter might do something that impacts the share price despite everything else and then these things become free carried on that - if it ever happens in a positive way). The strike prices for some of these options are at levels way below what directors once rejected with Sumi.
What is the corporate advice for ? How much further diliution for further advice to Kilian (he is getting paid and bonused already - for partially meeting recruitment targets says the annual report - as opposed to not meeting the recruitment targets (which to me seem like the same thing - is a partially meeting of a recruitment target a sort of internal metric one sets for oneself as a sort of encouragement or participation award)) should we expect a lot more of these self encouragement awards and dilution for unspecified advice to the board and management?
