I agree with you, but why say it if it's not going to happen. Musk does it so I guess Bill can. I don't like it though and the share price suggests many others don't either.
Its not just this $10m, the ESS deal was similar. Without that raising of cash, regardless if ESS came with it, DVP would have been in trouble.
