Describe the scale back arrangements
Each applicant will be treated equally and scaled back on a pro rata basis. If a Scaleback produces a
fractional number when applied to your parcel, the number of New Shares you will be issued will be
rounded down.

Looks like they will do it differently to last time. If you have 10M or 100k you will be scaled back equally. That's the way I'm reading it. Two weeks to track the SP and see if it's worth tying your money up for pittance return. I would prefer they just do a "first in best dressed" approach if they only want 2M and not interested in expanding based on overs.
