When you grow a business you need to employ more people.
Sometimes they are required post growth
Sometimes they are required pre growth.

The Cap Raise announcement made it clear they need to respond to meet demand.
We therefore should expect increasing revenues over the coming year.
As I understand, it takes 6 months to produce a harvestable crop.
So once the new protected cropping systems are in place we have a timeline to a revenue increase over and above what is projected with the current protected cropping.

They are also acquiring processing and packing equipment to reduce production staff levels...

Sounds like a growing business to me.
Isn't that what we want?
