You guys understand it's a dollar for dollar grant right? Unless ECT stomps on the faces of shareholders and demands the cash I can't see how they can raise the 70 million to get 70 million. I think the Government would be wise to these punters by now considering the 8 or 9 year fast track in India still hasn't come to a close and they've been thoroughly schooled and ashamed by the Indians.
