but looking at the notice, investors don't need to make a call this side of agm. I'd guess that timing too was strategic as there are all sorts of remuneration matters including bonus shares up for a vote 15 January in which case they'd rather work with the existing shareholders.

regardless, the agm at face value doesn't look like a 're-list' milestone.
