Details of the Entitlement Offer:
Eligible shareholders will be given the opportunity to subscribe for new shares in the Company on the basis of 1 new share for every 7.5 existing shares held on the Record Date (defined below).

Eligible shareholders will also receive 1 free attaching unquoted option for every 2 new shares applied for and issued under the Entitlement Offer. The options will be exercisable at $0.12 each and expire 3 years from the date of issue.
