@hotandy IMO the consultant wasn't given an option for cash settlement instead of EN1 trading stock, the shares will be dumped following issue and any shortfall in USD FX AUD and close price of the day will see adjustments to the number of shares issued to the creditor.

If you read the notice the issue of shares is an approximate number given only, the number of shares will increase should EN1 be trading any lower than $0.004 on the close of day issue being Friday 20/08/2021
