clearly you are not concerned about how this company uses its money but its not acceptable for a company with all these jvs with major companies to do a raise this way, in my opinion.

you clearly don’t know much about Canadian, us or European equities markets and how escrow periods should work. This is a particularly bad example and you are championing it. Strange.
