Does alternative A mean that the company will be exercising the options that expire on 19th April? If so, where will the cash come from? Or will it be a phantom exercising.
Judging by recent share price decline, alternative B will require some pretty tidy share price manipulation.

BTW, I have been maliciously accused in the past of not actually holding EUR shares. I do. Not a fortune, but enough to fly me on a return trip to Europe.
