I have done some research on two major shareholders… nothing good came up.
The other interesting point is that if they managed to get the consolidation. They are left with almost nothing so a smart operator can wait for them to go under pay 1 cent in a dollar, privatise the company and turn it around.
The CEO has only 79k of his own company but earns 400.000 K
The COO 283.000 a year… and 31K worth of shares.
It’s all about our valued shareholders.
