Ann: Proposed issue of securities - EVN, page-2

I am a long-time user of Hotcopper and the valuable knowledge of the contributors. I do not comment in the forums as a rule but take all on board from everyone to assist with trends, etc. I have been caught up in the EVN share price debacle and couldn't understand the continued downward spiral considering the release of the “Growth Strategy Presentation”. It now becomes clearer that with the inside knowledge of some of the institutions it was a “play” by the management of Evolution Mining to look after the big end of town at the expense of the retail investors. A corporate scam comes to mind when you work hard for your money, only to have others in the system already know the pending outcome. I hope a “No win-No fee” corporate lawyer looks at this situation and addresses this practice. I for one will be happy to sign up
