I previously replied to you in another thread on this exact topic. Not sure why you felt the need to make the same comment on an announcement that is two months old. However, I'm glad you did because I will highlight that the company did not try to "bury this announcement". Infact is was highlighted along with the annoucement on the same day of ex-VGW pre revenue senior manager Rhys Cambell had joined FFG to advance their online social casino buisness. Exactly what he did at VGW to help bring it to $4.5B revenue. These performance rights are part of his salary package and only vest on both time and performace conditions. Additionally he is not "dumping into retail" because the first tranche, approximately 10m shares, is in voluntary escrow for the first 12 months.
Rhys would not have left such a senior role at such a great company for 2c bounus shares. He's here for the big score, I would even guess $1 sp is not enough for him, I'm sure he'd like a boat or jet like Laurence.
I don't think that you really don't understand this you are just spreading dis-information for your own motives. You can't short this stock because there are no shares to borrow so are you down ramping for a lower entry? Mate you said you held before so just buy, hold and enjoy the ride. DYOR and see what the TAM is for online gambling especially if you do it right, which Rhys knows how to do. I was going to put you on ignore for your continued ridiculous comments but I think I will just keep calling you out if you make baseless unresearched statements.
