    Hi Rockjumper,

    I think that's a bit of a stretch saying that a single director coming on board to be the figurehead of an investment will control the company. There's literally nothing to support that statement. Obviously, this has infrequently happened before with other companies, however there are many more examples out there where such an investor did not establish control beyond the sub 20% holding. I seriously doubt the MD would allow that to happen.
