Oh ok thanks cudeco. I thought it may have been something related to the recently advised capital raising structure - agreed prices - terms however I am not up to speed on how that will play out if at all.
I had a quick skim through and could not see who the placement was to - if it's a loan facility player then this is very positive and the 5c is a healthy premium - no significant discount. Perhaps someone (sorry forgot your name) who posted the sp fall from recent spike was related to something like this.
GBE certainly play things differently re BT loans - converted to shares - the recently advised capital plan - now the German listing - in what all appears master crafted with the astute financial peers on our board.
