How far was $900k going to get you drilling in Australia?
While the price of gold has dropped $200 in a matter of months and is likely to fall further with the Feds dual mandate of inflation and job growth being crushed (not sure if you saw the unemployment rate drop from 5.7% to 5.3% last week) and interest rates certainly going up in 2022, I think management have made a brilliant decision to broaden exposure to what is expected to actually be a growth resource over the next few years.
$2m in Africa will go along way, although it seems like lots of drilling has already been done.
