    Rather generous incentive, given for the September quarter he was paid just short of $88 000. Almost $350K per annum, and then performance rights on top. Considering the exercise date is 3 years off, most SH's will have forgotten about this issue by then I suspect. Let's hope his performance allows him, and we SH's, to enjoy the benefits.
