Potential being the operative word. At this point in time, there appears every likelihood those hurdles will be easily met, and perhaps are even a little too low, but execution is the name of the game from here on. With the proposal to issue more shares as part of an employee incentive program, and a maximum of 15% able to be issued per year, should this proposal be voted up, there stands to be some dilution in the crystal ball. Of course, everybody involved in this project has to be paid somehow, and incentive shares are a great option.
