    My biggest concern with these performance shares is how MT has been left out. While I do not agree with the proposed issue of these shares, leaving MT out of the equation is just a slap in the face for him. If the share price improves on the basis of Alpha receiving good news, it will be to MT's credit and certainly not John Barr.
