Ann: Proposed issue of Securities - GWR, page-8

The last time we had a 10 week suspension expecting massive news, they opened it up at 11.57 am no one had any idea the market was open. No well run Company with any understanding how trading works puts out an Announcement 10 minutes before trading closes. They haven't even Acknowledged FEL is going full steam ahead mining our Iron Ore, already committing $1.mill to the cause. It should be nearly illegal opening trading with no announcement trading is open. GWR public relations is terrible we are able to trade so often knowing information GWR has not released to the market ,it is a joke and Management should be ashamed of themselves.
