But those bidders are not living in an old era where information was scarce and have no way of finding out that there is a company called HAV that 'may' have the same amount of resource as CDV right?
If they are bidding ~11x HAV for CDV and neither even entertain 2x takeover for HAV, something is seriously missing in the equation.
No disrespect Guerilla, I appreciate your comments and will be interested to hear your thoughts.
