It is unusual to do the required ASX notices for the placement before making the placement Announcement to shareholders .
Seems an OK deal to me being at the current 5 day WAP when most placements are done at a discount .
I think directors need shareholder approval to take part in placements .
Only a small placement to keep things moving forward before the money from OZ becomes available after getting shareholder approval for the deal .
What ever the Market seems to like it and that means so do I , LOL !
