Reads to me like someone has done (or is doing) some advisory work and taken payment in shares (1.5m @ $0.09). Sounds like a good thing to me and a vote of confidence in the share price. HAW going through some Board changes but the right people are at the table and the future looks rozy. Don't understand the earlier negative comments about this - this stock has meandered for months despite having great assets (Mt Bevan and s#*t loads of cash) - maybe the new sheriff and his deputies can finally extract some value?
